Sign in or activate your TV
On iPhone and iPad, use your account to get into the app. On Apple TV, follow the activation code prompt and approve it on your mobile device when asked.
For setup, activation, playback, billing, and account questions, email help@zadplay.app.
The app is built around your account, your playlists, and the content they expose. These steps cover the usual first-time experience.
On iPhone and iPad, use your account to get into the app. On Apple TV, follow the activation code prompt and approve it on your mobile device when asked.
Use the Add Playlist action from the home screen or settings. Your playlist is the source of channels, movies, TV shows, and electronic program guide data.
Profiles help keep viewing preferences and account areas separated. Switch profiles from the profile area whenever you need to move between users.
Open Live TV, Guide, Movies, or TV Shows, then adjust subtitles and playback behaviour in Settings if you want a different viewing experience.
Use this as a quick map of the app if you are not sure where to find a specific feature.
Your starting point for recent activity, continue watching, and getting back to the parts of your library you use most often.
Browse the current channel list and start playback quickly. This is the view to use when you want to jump straight into live content.
See what is on now and what is coming next. The guide is the best place to plan what to watch on a channel or follow a schedule.
Browse on-demand films from the selected playlist, including poster art, metadata, and playback details when available.
Explore series by season and episode, then continue watching from where you left off.
Use search when you already know what you want. It is the fastest way to find a channel, movie, or show by name.
Manage subtitles, player options, decoding preferences, mini-player behaviour, and other preferences from one place.
Switch between profiles and keep an eye on the devices attached to your account. If you share access, this is where things stay organized.
ZadPlay exposes several player preferences so you can match playback to the device and the content you are watching.
If subtitles feel too large, too small, or hard to read, open Settings and adjust the subtitle font family and size.
The mini-player helps when you want to keep browsing while something keeps playing in the background. You can control when it appears from Settings.
The app supports controls like hardware decoding, fast decoding, frame dropping, and deinterlacing options so playback can be tuned for different devices and streams.
If video stutters, audio drifts, or a channel refuses to start, send us the channel or title name, the device you used, and what happened right before the issue.
These are the most common setup questions we see when someone starts using ZadPlay on a new device.
When Apple TV shows an activation code, approve it from your iPhone or iPad using the code on screen. If the code fails, refresh and try again before contacting support.
ZadPlay supports monthly, annual, family, and lifetime purchase options. If a purchase does not appear, use restore purchases and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that completed the transaction.
If you see a device limit message, it usually means your account already has the maximum number of active devices. Tell us which device you want to keep or remove.
Send us the purchase type, the platform you used, and any receipt or order details you have. That helps us verify what happened and respond faster.
Open the home area and tap Add Playlist, or go to Settings if that is where the app sends you on your device. Use the playlist details provided by your content provider.
First confirm the correct playlist is selected. If content is still missing, the source may not include it, or the playlist may need to be refreshed.
Follow the code shown on the TV, then approve it on your iPhone or iPad when the activation prompt appears. If the code expires, request a new one on the TV.
Yes, but your account may have a device limit. If you need to move from one device to another, let us know which device should stay active.
Use the restore purchases option in the app and make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, email us.
Try the stream again, check your connection, and if the issue persists send us the channel or title name plus your device model and OS version.
Open Settings and adjust subtitle font size, subtitle font family, mini-player behaviour, or decoding preferences depending on what needs improving.
Tell us the device you were using, the app section you were in, what you tried, and any screenshot or error message you saw.
