Getting started
From zero to watching in three steps.
Keep your provider details close. ZadPlay takes care of the organisation around them.
Create your account
Sign up or sign in, then set your playlist security PIN when the app asks for it.
Add a source
Choose M3U or Xtream Codes in Settings and enter the details supplied by your provider. Add EPG if you have a guide URL.
Choose what to activate
On each device, unlock your playlists with the PIN and select the sources you want to use there.

Keep it safe
ZadPlay cannot recover a forgotten PIN. Store it in a trusted password manager.
Apple TV
The big screen, without the long login.
Open ZadPlay on Apple TV and use the QR code or activation code to approve the TV from your iPhone. Keep the TV activation screen open until it confirms the link.

- Scan the QR code with your iPhone camera.
- Approve “Activate this TV?” in ZadPlay.
- If the code expires, generate a new one and try again.

A free account supports Live TV and one playlist. Pro adds the features that make a larger library and a multi-device setup more useful.

Choose monthly, annual, Family or Lifetime Pro in the app. Apple handles payment and billing.
Already subscribed?
Open Settings > Subscription and use Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that completed the purchase.
Need to leave?
Delete the ZadPlay account in Settings > Account. Cancel an App Store subscription separately in your Apple Account.

What content does ZadPlay provide?
ZadPlay is a player and organiser. It does not sell, host or supply IPTV channels, movies or TV shows. You add sources from providers you choose.
Can I use ZadPlay without Pro?
Yes. Free accounts can use Live TV with one playlist. Pro is required for VOD playback, Catch-up, Continue Watching and other advanced limits and controls.
Why is the TV Guide empty?
Enable Include EPG and check that the provider supplied a valid EPG or XMLTV URL. If it still stays empty, the provider may not be returning guide data for that source.
How do I add a playlist?
Open Settings, choose the playlist option, select M3U or Xtream Codes, enter the provider details and save. Set the playlist PIN when prompted.
Why is my playlist locked on a new device?
Playlist credentials are protected by your six-digit PIN. Enter it, then choose which saved playlists to activate on the device.
Why is Pro still locked after I paid?
Open Settings > Subscription and use Restore Purchases. Confirm that you are signed in to the same ZadPlay account and Apple Account used for the purchase.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Account deletion removes ZadPlay account data. App Store subscriptions must be managed or cancelled separately in your Apple Account.
